- Large front/backyards with parking space
- A garage for storage/bikes etc.
***The garage contains a lawnmower and cutters for yard maintenance (if required)

This property is in close proximity to Airbus, Rolls Royce, the MOD and Southmead Hospital.

It is also a 5min walk to a Lidl supermarket, as well as the nearest bus stop which goes into Bristol City Centre (~25mins).

- A MOD apprentice
- A MOD graduate
- A Rolls Royce graduate
