This is a lovely really spacious double room in a quiet road in St Werburghs. The bed is a super king and there is plenty of storage space and a small desk. There are great views across the city from the room. Own en suite bathroom.

We are a busy, imperfect family of three who try to keep a generally clean, happy, calm and quiet house. Our family is 2 females and one male and we have a lovely, friendly dog.

Shared use of the kitchen, but also a kettle in your room.

We've got a wide range of interests between us; exercise, cinema, art, study, current affairs, and we are all full time study and work.

We would like to share the house with someone who is working or studying full time (Sorry, NO WFH) easygoing, self sufficient and happy to keep the noise down in the evenings.

St Werburghs is a great area to live. The Climbing Center and City Farm are 2 mins walk away There are good local shops, Purdown and Eastville Park are close for running, and the city center is a walk (20 mins) or bike ride away.
