Hiya

My name is Ben and looking for a young professional to sub-let the 2nd room of a 2 bedroom flat in Kingswood, Bristol. The flat is a 5-minute walk from Kingswood, providing a variety of independent and chain stores, including supermarkets, bakeries, banks and coffee shops.

The flat has an off-street drive for a car and is directly next to a bus stop which will take you into Bristol City Centre via the 42 and 43 busses which run every 15 minutes (every hour after 11pm for those that enjoy the night life!). The room is currently unfurnished, but I am happy to furnish it if you would prefer.

A little bit about me! I work full time and commute down to Taunton for my work 2-3 days a week (work from home for the other 2/3). Since moving to Bristol around 10 months ago, I have joined the Team at Thekla, and often pick up shifts on weekend evenings/nights.
As well as work, I really enjoy my music! I enjoy going to gigs with friends from work and therefore, anyone with an interest in music would be an added bonus!

As mentioned, I’ve been in Bristol for 10 months, so would be up for showing anyone new around the area. As well as this, I am looking to explore more of the area, so it would be great to go out at weekends to see what we can find.
