The house is within a 15-20 minute drive from both Bristol and Bath and is situated next to a bus stop with direct 'inner zone' route into Bristol City Centre. Buses run every 30 minutes during the day. The property is on the A37 southern side of Bristol with easy access to the airport (by car), Bristol (by bus or car) & Bath, Radstock & Wells.
The property backs onto beautiful countryside and the rooms overlook country views. Local village shop, barbers, 3 village pubs and public transport within 2 mins walk.
The rent is £500 pcm & includes exceptionally fast internet access, central heating, electricity, water rates and council tax. Plenty of off road parking and a very large garden.
Two Furnished Rooms available for full-time student from June/July 2024. The room (Room 1) has a double bed, wardrobe, desk & chests of drawers. Bedroom 3 is a cosy double with sloping ceilings and beams - views over fields. I am used to hosting University Students & Language students.
