In the house there is a generous amount of communal space and some room for storage but the room would not suit someone who has lots of personal stuff.

We are well-located not far from the centre with easy access to trains, busses, the Bristol to Bath cycle path and the M32. There are great cafes, restaurants and good-value shopping near the vibrant St Marks Road.
The window brings in air and light and overlooks the garden towards an open grassy area behind the house.
We are looking for a working professional, non-smoking housemate who wants a comfortable furnished home and is willing to do their fair share to keep the place clean & tidy and the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. The cleaning rota includes the garden as well as all communal rooms and dealing with rubbish bins.
Housemates are independent with a variety of hobbies between them but do enjoy chilling-out together at home to watch TV, play a board game or share chats in the kitchen. Sometimes they go out together exploring Bristol and the surrounding areas.
This is not a party house.

Parking is on the street and is free.
