Light and stylish double room, overlooking gardens

Light streams into my spare room, situated at the back of the house, on a quiet residential street. The room is furnished with a wrought iron bed (new mattress), bedside table and lamp, table/desk and fitted wardrobe, with space for some of your things.

I work in a creative agency in Clifton and my home is my own creative outlet - I love making it look and feel as stylish and comfortable as possible. And I also have a beautiful south-facing garden - perfect for warm evenings.

I live just 4 mins walk away from the Gloucester Road with its many shops, bars, restaurants and yoga studios(!) - and my local pub, The Grace, is one of Bristol’s finest! From there you can catch a bus to the city centre, which is a 15 mins cycle or 35 mins walk. Whiteladies Road is also a leafy 25 mins stroll through Redland, or a 10 mins cycle or drive. That's where I head every day for work.

Ideally I'm looking for someone who wants to stay 3 or 4 nights a week. Tuesday to Thursday would be perfect. The price would flex accordingly of course.

I work pretty long hours and have lots going on socially, so generally am not at home all that much in the evening. When I am, it would be nice to have a chat and maybe share a glass of wine occasionally.

I can't offer an en suite but I can offer a share of a spotless bathroom which I don't take forever in in the morning.

I'm looking for someone who's easy going, respectful and undisruptive, who'll take care of my home and my things.

This let comes with free on-street parking and a fortnightly cleaner.. I’m also happy to provide sheets and towels if that makes life easier for you.
