The place has its independent entrance a room that is currently used as a living area, a small bathroom with shower and a bedroom.
The kitchen is shared with us, two professionals working full time mostly Mon - Fry.
There is a door that can be locked to access the kitchen from both sides.
The price includes all bills and there is Sky broadband and TV.
The garden is a good size and leafy, we are trying to tame it (it was left to his own devices for a while) and is shared as well.
It will be let mostly unfurnished and the landlord would prefer 12 months but would consider 6.
We are vegan and very respectful of the shared kitchen space and of people privacy.
