The room has a new double bed, new wardrobe, chest of drawers and large desk. You will look out onto the lush collection of back gardens.
The bathroom with bath and shower is shared with two other residents.

The house has a large fully equipped kitchen with two fridge freezers, micriwave oven, double oven, washing machine and a separate dryer in the attached garage. Garage can be used for bike storage etc
Shops ie Tesco, Co-op, Fish and Chips, Dominoes, dentist, Indian restaurant are a 5 minute walk away. Main bus route into town 5 minutes in either direction out of the house. Sea Mills train station 10 minutes away.
We are a quiet and happy house. Respectful of each other's privacy and property. An amazing weekly cleaner keeps the communal areas clean. We have a monthly rota for the bins.
The super lovely landlady supplies things like washing up liquid, toilet paper and the occasional wine or chocolate. Although all bills are included it is appreciated when water and electricity are not wasted.
