Room for rent

One of our house mate is moving out in October so we are looking for a friendly person to come and join our household :)

Our house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The room advertised is the largest of the house and has its own en-suite. The bedroom comes unfurnished however the rest of the house is furnished. The house also has a lovely large garden perfect for bbqs in the summer. We have tons of communal space, including a conservatory, large kitchen, utility room, a living room and a sitting room. We also have a drive way suitable to park a car as well as lots of street parking (no permits required).

Rent for the room is £505 plus £100 for bills per month. Rent is paid on the 25th of each month.

The location of the house is excellent. It is close to the Downs, Whiteladies and Gloucester Road. There are also great bus links to the city centre or it is a 10 minute cycle (we all cycle and keep our bikes in a secure shed in the garden).

Our landlord is fantastic very easy to contact and quick to deal with any problems.

About us:
We are three lovely ladies aged 24 to 25 currently all working for the NHS. We can be a busy household at times due to our shifts but we love to socialise over cups of tea or a cheeky glass (or glasses) of wine.
