ABOUT ME. I work in wildlife television and conservation and love good conversation, a good laugh and am looking for open-minded, interested and interesting people to share my new house with.

I've spent the past five years in a lovely Clifton share with 5 other people so creating a new, respectful but fun community in my new place feels really important. I'm pretty wide-ranging in what I do and like to talk about and value both conversation and people enjoying their own space too. Now having a male housemate, we both feel the wish to balance the 'vibe' with a second FEMALE housemate.

• Tenant receives single bedroom with new 3" bed, built in wardrobe, quiet street view and access to shower bathroom, plus shared access to cloakroom. Landlord will agree exclusive bathroom access windows for mornings and evenings. Single room is next to shower/bathroom.

• Warm, dry and energy-efficient: EPC rating is B/C so bills low
• Situated close to quiet park in St George BS5 Postcode. 40 mins walk, 15 min cycle or c.15-20 drive into central Bristol BS1. Good for getting to Temple Meads as there is a quiet back-road in.

• Owner will employ cleaner on bi-weekly basis, included in the rent, and ironing service due to lack of any spare time!

• Personal gym in garage – owner happy for lodger(s) to share this facility.
• Owner works in wildlife television and ideally seeks a friendly professional who can enjoy good chats but also enjoys their own space and works a normal routine that won’t impact on other people.
• Owner asks for no indoor smoking but does drink moderately and very happy for lodgers to do the same. If a smoker, should be done in the garden and when owner not around please.
• No pets under any circumstances, sorry
• Owner loves children but this is not the appropriate residence for them on a regular basis but some weekend visits very welcome
• Friends and family visits very welcome
• Those working from home, i. e. copywriters or e-business owners etc., are perfectly welcome in the house, in fact, it’s ideally suited being so quiet and warm
• Owner will agree to lodger after an interview, only after both parties need to feel this will work out for them.
• A rigorous tenancy agreement will be drawn up to cover lodger’s rights. One-month formal notice will be given in the event of things not working out.
