The flat is fully furnished and the double room comes with a double bed and a build-in wardrobe.
The rent is £700 per month. Bills work out at around £120 each per month.
Deposit will be one and half months rent.
No reference fees are being charged.
Ideally looking for someone who is settled and works full-time.
