Cosy room in the heart of St Werburghs (Aug/Sept)

I'm away for all of Aug + Sept, and offering my room my to rent for all or part of that time. The room comes furnished. It's around 3.1m x 2.9m, has a nice double bed and desk - and a reasonable amount of storage. There's shared bath and shower next door.

You'll be sharing with my house mates Toby (26) and Neesa (25). Both work in Bristol, though largely from home since lockdown started.

The kitchen/living space is big, the garden is also really lovely when the sun's out.

- Some storage space in the attic if you have a few spare boxes you don't want them in your room

- 2 minutes from a Wiper & True (great beer)
- Climbing gym right next to us (once it's open again)
- Lovely City Farm about a 2-minute walk
- Better Foods about a 5-minute walk
- A bunch of other small shops nearby, big Tesco Extra is about a 5-minute drive from here
- House backs up onto allotments so it's lovely and green around here :)
- Easy access to cycle paths.
- Commute to the center is easy on foot, or by bike
