We are 4 young professionals in our 20's and early 30's, and looking for a professional 21-30yr old couple to come live with us! It's a lovely spacious double room with a street view in a 3 story house resided in a quiet, friendly and communitive area.
The room will be furnished with a large wardrobe, and two drawers which are in the pictures, we have a fully equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower, and a bath. As well as two bathrooms and two lounging rooms. There's a small garden with views of SS Great Britain and the docks. The house has a good location, its a 10 minute walk away from College Green and 15 to the centre. Rent would be £725pm without bills, this would need to be paid by November 28th. The move-in date is from 1st December, and lastly, there is a £350 deposit to be paid from that date as well.
Looking for housemates who are friendly, clean and tidy but also enjoy socializing and want to stay for a minimum of 12 months. We love food, music, art, local pubs and going out for some nature walks.
