Room 1: £1200 all inc of bills; second floor of 3 storey house, super-king en-suite room with walk in wardrobe and an extra double fitted wardrobe. Very large room. Gorgeous bathroom with extra large shower and jacuzzi bath.


Room 2: £1000 all inc of bills; top floor of a 3 storey house, beautiful space with kingsize bed, desk, lots of lighting, excellent views, fitted double mirrored wardrobes, huge storage cupboard, attic space, desk, fridge, kettle and microwave (as well as shared main kitchen). Bathroom is next door and will be mainly just used for this bedroom.

The house is a private gated detached house, with a gravel island driveway with plenty of parking, gardens, garage and heated outdoor swimming pool in spring/ summer, a truly magical place to relax. Inside the property a beautifully designed shared kitchen/ living area with breakfast bar, a sitting and dining room opening on to the patio/ garden with beautiful garden furniture and fire pit etc and a downstairs WC.

We enjoy a mix of social time like dinner parties, bbq’s, cooking, films, games night just as much as getting early nights. The house/ rooms are large enough to enjoy peace and tranquility in your own company and/ or join in with on any social night/ event.

Rent includes all utility bills, gym equipment, full virgin media package with Gig1 Fibre Broadband.

Also open to a monday to Friday arrangement or shorter let. Couples also considered at an extra charge.
