I am looking for a professional (no couples or female preferred, sorry) who is interested in renting this double room.
The house is located right in front of the St George park (Redfield, BS5) and it benefits from electric heating and white goods. There are a lot of bus stops around to go to Bristol City Centre in less than 20 min. Also, Aldi and Tesco are 3 min walk from here and the area is, in general, full of local amenities.
I rented this house to an agency (that's why it is unfurnished) and I'm now looking for someone who would like to find a home in this beautiful area (you should definitely Google 'St George park' and you'll see that I'm not lying!).
When it comes to myself, I'm a very respectful, mature person and I expect the same from my flatmates. I like tidy and clean environments, good energies and positive people who I can vibe with! In my spare time I love doing sports, yoga or simply enjoying a good film.
