We have a double room available from the start of November on St Michael's Hill.
The room is a very spacious room in a 5 bed house share just off Whiteladies road. It comes furnished and the house has a large kitchen area, garden and communal living room with all amenities provided.
Rent is £425/month without bills included. Generally bills tend to come to around £75/month.
Current tenants are all friendly young professionals. The house is a very relaxed and social atmosphere. We would be happy with anyone friendly, chilled and tidy.
