Furnished rooms in sunny terrace house in St Werburghs.. Very central, 15 mins walk to city centre.

I’d like to find a considerate, quiet housemate who likes to keep things clean and tidy.

The rooms:
1. The room has a lovely view over the park, and gets the afternoon sun.
The room is a double size with double bed
shelving. It is freshly painted and has a lovely stripped wooden floor.
2. The room gets the morning sun, is bright and funky with hanging rail and plants. Furnished with a single bed and desk.

The house has a small courtyard garden that overlooks a park with green space very close by. Shared kitchen/living area and bathroom.

The area:
St Werburghs is a vibrant inner-city village with lovely cafes, shops, Post Office, city farm and very conveniently located a 15 minute walk to Cabot Circus shopping centre,
supermarkets etc.

Deposit is £500 (1 month's rent)
