Double Bedroom

This is a 6 month let of my 2 bed flat as I am away for 6+ months, all my belongings will be stored in one room and you will have use of:

Large double bed room:
double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table x2.
En-suite bathroom:
shower, toilet, sink, towel rail.
Open plan kitchen:
oven, electric hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer.
Lounge and dining space:
Sofa, arm chair, tv stand, dining table.
Main bathroom:
bath, sink, toilet, towel rail.
Storage cupboard.
Bike storage.
Underground parking space.

The flat itself is located in a modern block with a shared
entrance (secure fob entry) and communal garden. It centrally located near to the mother-ship climbing academy and is only 20 mins walk from the city center and temple-meads station.

All bills are included, except for a TV licence which I don't currently have.

It is available immediately and I am looking to do viewings in the evenings this week. I can be a a little flexible on dates if you require. As mentioned above you will have use of the whole flat minus a room as I will be away for at least 6 months with work but I may require access to my stored things and to check post once or twice during that time, but I will give plenty of notice.

There maybe a possibility to extend past 6 months depending on circumstances.
