11.5m² double part furnished room available in Barton Hill for £390 including bills in existing house share for 6 month initial tenancy. The room is part furnished with a bed frame, mattress and bedside table.

The house is close to Church Road and the Bristol-Bath cycle path, 10 minute cycle to the city centre, 6 minute walk to Lawrence Hill station, close to major bus routes, and easily access to the motorway. On Church Road there is Lidl, Aldi, Tesco, and a number of pubs and restaurants. There is also a doctors surgery two streets away.
