Furnished Double Room to Rent in Shared House

Large double bedroom to rent in a newly refurbished house with flexible move in date! The property is situated in Clifton Village and is walking distance to the city centre and all the shops/restaurants/bars Clifton has to offer.

We are looking to find a friendly, clean and sociable young(ish) professional to live with. All 3 of us in the house (1 girl and 2 boys) are in our mid to early 30a and are good friends. We do a range of different jobs (property developer, photographer and media technician) and often hang out watching movies together or going to the pub :).

The room includes:

- New double bed base and mattress
- Wardrobe
- Chest of drawers

As you can see the house is brand new and fully equipped, however, please feel free to bring any bits and pieces that may be useful! (Bill are not included and come to around £125per month per person).
