All bills are included. The house has free on-street parking, shared bathroom with a shower, large kitchen/dining room with a dishwasher and washing machine, large front and rear garden as well as a communal study which can be used for storage or working.

The rooms come fully furnished and both have large built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space.

I am female, 25, and work Mon-Fri brewing beer for a local brewery. I am very tidy and do not play music at unsociable hours.

Will consider any let; short-term, long-term or Mon-Fri.
