This ground floor apartment has a huge living area with high ceilings and is very comfortably furnished. The apartment has a grand private terrace overlooking the gardens and use of the patio furniture, bbq etc.
Your room is comfortably furnished with garden view, modern king size bed with a memory foam mattress, and their is a feature fireplace and lots of space to put an office desk.

I work as a quality consultant home working, looking for a sociable lodger to share my beautiful apartment which is available on a single occupancy basis 7 days, or 4 nights (Mon-Fri). or 1 or 2 or 3 nights available at reduced rate.

You must be clean, tidy and be able to wash up after yourself. It does sometimes go without saying being respectful of each other and to our neighbours who live in this fabulous building is a must as we are a close community.

Nearby train stations are Yatton and Nailsea -Backwell only 10 mins away. - 15 mins direct connection by train to Bristol Templemeads Station. Another added benefit is 10 mins to Bristol airport by car.

The use of the breakfast bar for preparing and eating your meals. The open lounge can be partly shared only with safe distancing due to Covid 19 which there is plenty of space.

Their is the use of a full size professional running machine which your welcome to use. Cadbury House is close by if you want to join a health club. Another added benefit is we have an Italian restaurant within 2 mins walk at the bottom of the drive!

The lounge is unavailable in the day as I use it as my office and would prefer someone who works in the day at their external place of work as I work from home. However it's free in the evenings and all weekend, I quite typically work away at times with my work so you will get the use of the place to yourself which is a fair balance.

Short Term Lodger Agreement & References required on a monthly rolling contract. Sorry no couples or home working.
