The flat is a spacious second floor 2bed, 2 mins walk from Cabot Circus and 20 from Temple Meads. It's bright, airy, cosy with lots of plants and fairy lights. The living room / kitchen is open plan and MASSIVE.
The room is a good sized bright double with 2 huge windows and space for a double bed and all the normal furniture.
About me - I'm friendly, geeky, enjoy my own time, and love catching up over a drink, movie nights and a chatter. Looking for someone similar who's tidy, friendly, doesn't want a party house and will love looking after a lovely space.
I've signed up to foster kittens and cats from Sept onwards, so there will probably be a cat around too.
Rent is £575, bills are about £120 (energy dependent). The flat also comes with a gated parking space which I don't use so you're welcome to.
