~ relisting as someone unfortunately dropped out ~

We are Laura, Ellie and Rachael and we are looking for a new friendly and respectful housemate. We are welcoming, smiley people and would like to find someone chilled out, warm and reasonably clean and tidy.

We all work and have our own bits and bobs going on at evenings and weekends (well, in ‘normal’ life we do!) but we make time to chat and watch tv together, share meals, etc.

The house consists of a shared kitchen, lounge, utility area and a little patio garden. The room is available immediately. It will be for a 6 month contract and you can renew after if you like. Please feel free to ask any questions.

The house is in an AMAZING location, its in Bishopston and is literally a 10 second walk off of Gloucester Road. There are lots of nice local shops (bakery, grocery, butchers, art shops, low waste shops, bars, cafes...Yet it's not a noisy area and we have some great parks and walks nearby.
