Double Bedroom En-suite in Hengrove Park

Hello :) I’m Simon and I’m seeking a housemate to live in a new build property in Hengrove Park. My friend is moving out to live with her boyfriend which means I’m able to offer a double bedroom with en-suite in a modern house with parking. I moved into the property a year ago, myself and my friend are the only people to have lived here so everything still has a new home feel to it.

Hengrove Park is a new area being built in Bristol which is directly behind South Bristol Hospital and Hengrove Park Leisure Centre. Imperial Retail Park is a 15 minute walk and a cinema/food outlets are 10 minutes walk. It’s a quiet area that I’ve really appreciated to escape the busyness of the city.

I’m a professional that works as a consultant to the council, I’m currently working from home due to Covid and I imagine this is likely to stay this way until at least the new year. If you needed to be based from home for work too at the moment there’s more than enough to set up desks in separate areas of the house so you have privacy.

All bills, including council tax, Sky TV Netflix, Disney+, all utilities and broadband included in the price. Bedroom can be furnished/unfurnished.
