We are very happy in our home but recognize the benefits of an additional person in the house hold (gender male and female). There is a male visitor that occasionally visits for a nosh up who is liked by both of us but has limited tolerance by the male that currently resides in the house.

The property is within walking distance of 3 bus stops that link to the main bus route, and really close to the cycle path to Bath (which makes a lovely day out stopping at the Bird and Hand Pub for a bite to eat) - really close to the M32/M4/M5 motorway network.

and is a 20 minute drive by car in the early morning to/from Parkway Train Station.
If you are in the Care Profession you can get to most hospitals through country lanes in less than an hour/ most 30 minutes (Thornbury; Bristol; Bath).

It is also close to most supermarkets: Tescos, Lidl, Sainsburys, Iceland, and Asda.

If you like charity shopping, they are in all directions and walking distance for some from the house. High Street Shopping centers x 2 within walking distance (New Look, Chemists: Super drug, Boots, Post Office; Restaurants; Pubs; and most banks).

The property has GCH, double-glazing. Lots of space, with 2 reception rooms, laminated floors throughout downstairs (which takes the pain out of hefty housework!), and are furnished with fitted furniture. The longest room in the house is: 13’11”.

The house is terraced with a sunny back garden ideal for sunbathing as it is enclosed. The large lounge / diner has a TV and sofa. The kitchen has a washing machine, cooker, fridge, and freezer. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and the bedroom is light and bright and has a single bed, wardrobes, and drawers.

The room is available for rent excluding bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax).

Ideally the person would be working, friendly and sociable. but not too sociable as we like our own space at times.

Laminate flooring everywhere downstairs (takes the pain out of housework!).

Dining Room
Large dining room table (ideal for the occasional dinner party for a small party).

Bathroom
Jacuzzi in the bathroom (although only ever used this a few times), and shower. The bathroom is looking for some repair and is half way through the process - I have just pained the rusty radiator!

Bedroom 4
Has a bed including a dining area and is more like a self contained flat when it is available.

A double room with desk and fitted wardrobes and dressing table.

Bedroom 2
A small box room with drawers under the bed and over the bed with a dressing table area.

Bedroom 1
We sleep together in this room on a double bed.
