We've built a luxury accommodation with modern styling that we want to share with our housemates. This is a huge space that will be shared between only four people!
The room:
A large double with en-suite. Built-in wardrobes, furnished with a bed, electric standing desk/chair, storage box and bedside table. The bed is topped with a Nectar memory foam mattress. Also includes lounge chairs and coffee table.
Transport links:
Cycling: 20 mins to Cabot Circus (Bristol&Bath railway path)
Bus: 28 mins to Cabot Circus. Bus routes: 6, 7, 42, 43, 44, 45
Taxi: approx. £10 to town center in the evening
Local amenities:
Shopping: Co-op food, Tesco express, KwikSave less than 10 minutes walk.
Barbershop: less than 5 minutes walk
Town: 10 minutes walk to Kingswood center with lots of takeaways and shops.
The minimum tenancy length we will consider is 3 months. Proof of affordability and references are required and will be checked, as standard.
