Unfurnished room in Southville 🏠 January

Hi guys 👋 My fiance and I are moving out next January time and are looking for someone to move into to our bright and spacious double room, here in Southville.

📍We are situated in a fantastic location, 15min walking distance from the city, bus stop 1min away, a number of shops and supermarkets less than 5mins walking, surrounded by lots of lovely restaurants and cafes along North Street.

🛌 Our room is downstairs (others live upstairs), the room is unfurnished so you will have to bring your own furniture when you move.

🏠 You'll be sharing the house with 2 young professionals, Illyana and Sim, both working in the tech industry. Everyone currently works from home and usually works in their rooms during the day.

📺 The shared space in the house has a small dining table. The kitchen is free to use and we will allocate a cupboard and shelf space in the fridge. Bathroom is upstairs and has a bath and shower. There is also a back yard with a washing line to use when drying your clothes.

🔍 We are looking for someone who is keen to move in mid-January.

👨‍👨‍👦 Prior to you moving in, we will give our room a clean using antibacterial to make it COVID safe.

💸 Rent is £550 per month. £370 deposit, and is refundable upon inspection after departure. Rent covers the bills for electricity, water, gas, WiFi and council tax.
