1 Bedroom going in a 4 Bed Flat - City Centre

We are 3 professionals looking for another person to take on our last room!

One of our roommates has had to move out and we need someone else to take on the remaining tenancy until September when the contract is up. We are hoping however to renew the tenancy so if this is something that interests you as well, that would be great.

The rent for the room is £400 not including bills. The bills normally come to around £100. It is a single room although can fit a double bed if you'd prefer. There is currently a single mattress in the room which can be used or we can store it elsewhere. There is also a walk-in closet which frees up some space in the room for other furniture. There is a large window that allows plenty of natural light into the room as well as a heated towel rack.

The way the flat is set up is with the lounge and kitchen on the first floor and then the subsequent two floors, each with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which means you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

A little bit about us...

We are a sociable group that are always up for a pint but also appreciate time to ourselves. We are all interested in tech and the latest gadgets. I (Ben) work in IT for a law firm by Temple Meads, Jay is a GIS Consultant and Ollie works for the Council, surveying outdoor spaces.

Our ages range from 24-26 and we are looking for someone of a similar age to join. We all work roughly around the 9-5 pattern with some flexibility either way.

No couples, smokers or pets.
