The flat is in Redcliffe, which is a really great location. It's a 5 minute walk to Temple Meads, and a 10 minute walk to the City Centre, Cabot Circus and the ever popular King Street.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, two bedside tables and a clothes rail. The other room in the flat has an en suite, so you would have sole use of the bathroom across the hall. There is a shared Kitchen/Lounge area, as well as a balcony which is a great sun trap in the summer months. There is also a secure underground car parking space that comes with the flat.

There’s also a bike shed in the car park, but there’s plenty of space in the hallway to store a bike if you’d prefer.

You would be sharing with Jack, a clean and tidy 28 year old engineer. In his spare time, he enjoys playing/watching sports and an occasional trip to the pub.

Rent is £548 a month, and bills come to around £145. The deposit amounts to 5 weeks rent, and there is also a £50 admin fee payable to the Bristol Residential Lettings Company. The flat is available from the 1st December.

The flat is available on a 1 month rolling contract, so in theory there’s no min/max stay. However, a tenant looking to stay for 6 months (or more) would be preferable.
