The house is mid-terrace with sitting room, kitchen extension and south-facing garden/yard. Also space for bike in outdoor shed. It's close to all the good things in St Werburghs - local shops, parks, city farm and climbing centres.
Sharing with owners - a poet and a builder, both rock climbers - and another lodger who is creative (doing a fashion design course) and outdoorsy. Looking for someone tidy, reliable, easy to get along with.
Rent includes all bills (gas, electric, wifi, tv licence), with shared contribution to household expenses (toilet rolls etc) and shared cleaning rota.
