The flat is in a Georgian building and is located a stones throw from Stokes Croft and a few minutes walk to the BRI hospital. The flat is on the third floor so has stairs only. No lift - so unfortunately not accessible friendly.

The space is available from the 17th May - 16th July on an assured short term tenancy contract. Shorter terms are also available but longer periods are preferred.

The flat is fully furnished with furniture and kitchen appliances.
This includes -
Double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and drawers, extra clothes rail, sofa, breakfast bar stools, table, chairs, bedroom television monitor, living room television monitor, fridge, freezer, washing machine and all utensils.
In the flat there are also bin bags, food waste bags, washing powder, washing up liquid, salt, pepper and spices, cleaning supplies, extension leads, plug in USB ports and a spare single mattress for your use.
Fire safety blanket, Powder fire extinguisher and first aid kit are included.

Internet:
Internet can be set up for you with set up fee and monthly cost. Monthly internet cost will be £35. Set up fee will be £20.
OR
there is access to a limited amount of internet - up to 100gb per month for £20 each month.

The space would suit a professional couple or professional single occupant. I’m looking for someone who would treat the space with respect.

There are other flats in the building so there are rules to be followed such as no pets and security locking for the building door.
