The room is a light, private and tastefully decorated room and has an ensuite bathroom. There are tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the bed has a brand new and very comfortable memory foam matress.

You have access to a utility room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer and you also have full access to a well-equipped kitchen/diner. There is a pretty decked garden to the rear with table and chairs.

There are two others living here with Betty (our cat) who is very friendly ... and very greedy! So you would need to be someone who doesn't mind cats.

There is no off-street parking but there is generally ample on-street parking close to the property.

The house is in a located on a quiet street, a short walking distance from many local shops, amenities and eateries as well as an award-winning bakery.

It has great tansportation links to Bristol and the surrounding area. It is approximately a 5 minute drive to the city centre or a 25 minute walk, and there are major bus routes into the city centre very close by. It is also less than a 10 minute walk to the local train station, Lawrence Hill, which is one stop (5 minutes) from Bristol’s central Temple Meads station and 4 stops (10 minutes) from Whiteladies Road in Clifton. If you get off one stop before Clifton (at Redland) you can explore Gloucester Road, which has the longest stretch of independent shops in the UK. The house is also less than a 5 minute walk to the Bristol/Bath cycle track.
