It is in a lovely modernised flat around Bristol city centre.

It is on the second floor above a cafe along the main Stokes Croft road and is only a few minutes away from Bristol City Centre, Cabot Circus, University of Bristol, BIMM, the BRI, DBS, the main bus and coach stations, banks, clubs, shopping areas, train station, etc.

It is particularly suitable if you are a local or oversees student at a college or university who needs a safe and suitable place to stay. And, also if you are a young working person in and around the centre of Bristol.

The internet/wifi is super fast.

You can choose between a long, or short term stay of not less than three months.

The room is suitable for one person and is fully furnished with a bed, beddings, curtains, blinds, carpet, table and chair for study, cupboard, dryer etc. It is warm, comfortable, private, secure, inviting, clean and well looked after.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared with four other house mates who are either working or studying, and in their early 20s, decent, of good character and welcoming.

(Stokes Croft, is an upcoming bohemian and cosmopolitan part of the city centre which is most popular for its music venues, art, cafes, restaurants, music, independent shops, and it's youthful and vibrant character.)

The rent includes everything such as wifi, all bills, utilities, and amenities like water, gas, electricity, washing machine, oven, toilet rolls etc. There is efficent central heating. The flat is kept clean and tidy. Rent can be paid once every four weeks or once per month.

Smoking is allowed only in the bedroom, and in the private area in the rear backyard of the property. Pets are not allowed.

There are no middle men or estate agents.
You communicate directly with us, the owners who are friendly and relaxed.

You just have to pay for the coming four weeks as you move in. Deposit is not required. Housing benefit is not accepted.
