Double room in big flat near Glos Road

Hi, I'm Katherine and I'm looking for someone to share my flat with! It's a surprisingly big first floor flat near Horfield Common. You will have a very big room at the front of the flat with your own separate bathroom, we have a decent sized lounge with a seperate kitchen and shared garden downstairs.
The room will be avaliable from 1st December, rent is£500pm with bills about £150. It is a private landlord who is fab to deal with, will get on with any problems instantly.

I'm 32 and work in finance, atm im working from home part of the week but thats from my room so wont disturb the rest of the flat. I've lived here for 3 and a half years and am quite house proud, it's important that you are clean and tidy too. I'm always looking to make the place cosier and more homely so welcome help with that! The landlord is really easy going and we are allowed to decorate as long as its sensible (!). I am regularly out at the weekends but when I'm at home enjoy just relaxing, maybe with a wine, maybe with a gin and occasionally having friends for dinner.
