I'm the current tenant of a beautiful 2 bedroom flat in Bristol City centre by Cabot circus, my current flatmates moving out however I'd like to stay!
For this to be possible I am looking for another flatmate, bills include rent! The property is £1,100 pcm so it's £525 each plus bills which is an average of £200 including council tax which brings rent and bills to a total of £725 pcm
The Agency won't take students! So working professionals only please!!
From the agency "They would need to earn at least £16,500 per year, in full time employment, with no CCJs or adverse credit. If they are private renting and named on a tenancy agreement, this would be beneficial"
Its a top floor flat with a gated parking compound with electric gates and codes. There is a shower and a bath. Also a good sized living room and a good sized double bedroom
