2 Single Rooms For Rent

Hey guys, have 2 rooms to rent in my home in BS5, St. George area, 400 pounds each. It’s a nice area, 1 minute walk from St. George Park have local shops across the street, ALDI 10 minutes walk, and public transportation as well, in front, busses every 10 minutes. The room is unfurnished, and on top of the rent will be bills around 100 pound, electricity, water, broadband, council tax. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least 1 year, with a contract. A letting agency will make the contract but after will be in touch only with the landlord.

A bit about myself, My name is Florin, I’m 28 and work as support worker, I’m a friendly and chilled person, I’m into working out, reading, gaming, watching movies, football and recently cycling. I’m a social person and do enjoy to have a meal together, watch a movie, go for a pine or play some board games, but no pressure.
