*Due to unbelievable demand I am increasing the rent to £700 a month per room , I think this is more in line with fair market value*
Hi, I have just bought my first house! A very spacious new-build 3 bed house in Old Market/ St Jude's and I am looking for 2 people to rent the spare rooms.
Ideally looking for other young professionals but will also consider post-grad/PHD students.
I work at Dyson as an electronic engineer. Once I've fully moved in I'll be taking the work bus every day and will be out the house from 7am-5:30pm Mon-Fri. Although I often do some form of sport after work a couple nights a week.
I've been living alone for the last 8 months so am really excited to be getting some flatmates again. Hoping to have housemates that will become good friends. I know a few people in Bristol but will be looking to expand my social circle.
Bit about me:
I love sport and play cricket and golf during the summer. I do a lot of long distance running and I'm finally getting my fitness back up after a massive hiatus during lockdowns. Hoping to start doing some triathlons next year. I'm always up for a surfing trip, abroad or camping in Wales/Devon/Cornwall. If you ever fancy a 1v1 I'm pretty decent at squash/tennis/badminton.
Love a rave/festival and always up for the pub. Will be looking to catch a lot more live music now moving to Bristol.
I'm super laid back, decently clean/tidy and am pretty good at cooking so am happy to share meals.
* Photos are from the estate agent listing I bought the house off, non of the furniture in the photos is owned by me*
There are 2 rooms available one is smaller than the other but will have is own bathroom the other will be sharing with me. Great opportunity for someone to move into an un-furnished room if that's what you're looking for as I currently only have enough to fill a 1 bed flat. If not then I will be buying furniture for the rooms so if you're into interior design and want to help me picking out stuff that would be ideal. Someone that would like to help me turn this blank canvas into a home would be amazing.
Rent will be £700 including all bills except council tax which will be split if you want to be registered to vote at the property or if you're a student not paid.
I'm going to be slowly moving in over the next two weeks, so will be able to start taking viewings from the 04/11/21 and it will be available to move in straight away.
