High end flat for young professional

I am the current tenant of this room and am looking for someone to replace me when I move out in November.

About the accommodation:
- Spacious room with a large, built in wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets, a king size bed with storage underneath and an en suite with a bath.
- Shared living area and kitchen furnished to a high standard.
- Membership to the Box Makers Yard resident’s gym
- Two roof top terraces
- Lounge area
- Social space
- Cycle storage
- Regular resident’s events

Ideally you will be a young profession in your mid twenties. Box Makers Yard will undertake salary and credit checks so you must be earning at least £25k. The existing tenant Ysabel would like the person to be really chill, sociable, friendly and respectful. She enjoys watching Netflix, going out for food, exploring etc so someone who has a similar vibe would be ideal. This is not appropriate for someone who is looking for a party house.

The boring bit:

The new tenant will replace myself on the existing contract which runs until September 2022. Rent is paid on the 1st of each month for that month. Prior to moving in, the new tenant will need to pay me the proportion of rent for November (from the 20th) that they will be living at the property as I will have paid the rent for the entire month of November upfront. In addition, the new tenant will need to pay the deposit to me and will receive their deposit back from Box Makers Yard when the contract ends. All further payments thereafter will be made to Box Makers Yard.
