We currently have 1 room available for rental from the start of January (Room 3)
The kitchen and living/ dining space is quite big as you can see from the photos which leads onto a small decking area and garden (south facing!) which will be nice for bbqs in the spring/ summer!

The area benefits from great connection to the Mall, Aztec West, Filton and Bristol City Centre, all accessible by car, bus or electric scooter (parking nearby). It’s also very close the M4 and M5. In terms of local amenities, there is a Sainsburys, Lidl, post office and takeaway options within 5 minutes’ walk.

I’m pretty easy going and am looking to share the space with sociable people. In terms of my interest, I’m fairly sporty and play a lot of golf and have membership at the Village Gym which is also very close by. I’m sociable and enjoy going out occasionally, but am equally happy to relax at the house and watch a film.

I work on site most days and whilst I’m happy for people to work from home, it’s preferable if not every day (ideally 1-2 max).

The room is available immediately and include bills (Extremely Fast Broadband, Sky TV (Sports Channels), Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, utilities). The deposit is one months rent which will be held securely.

Room 1 - very large room with a lot of storage space, a bed, side tables and plenty of a room for a desk. This room also looks over overlooks the garden and is next to the main bathroom on the 1st floor - £750

Room 2 - also on the first floor, includes a bed, has decent built-in storage and two full height windows - £600

Room 3 – on the 2nd floor, is a good size, with built-in storage, a nice bed and mattress - £720
