My partner and I are looking for someone to rent the spare double room in our home.
The room is furnished with a cream rug on top of newly sanded and polished original floor boards, a solid wood Scandinavian bed, pine distressed chest of draws, an IKEA wardrobe and a dressing table with a round led light sensor mirror.
It’s a two bedroom Victorian mid terrace that is our pride and joy! We have decorated the house beautifully and take a lot of pride keeping it very clean and tidy.
It’s a no shoes inside house hold ;)
The ideal tenant will also take pride and cleanliness and tidiness, will not smoke or have any pets.
