Double room to rent in St Werburghs

Two live in landlords seek to make a friendly, easy going houseshare. We are a Doctor and a Teacher and have varied interests but first and foremost wish to make a house in which everyone feels comfortable. We share cooking duties and view shared meals as an important part of living together - we would want someone who enjoys cooking and eating together. Otherwise, we're fairly outdoorsy, love St Werburghs and enjoy a pub trip.

The house itself is a mid-terraced Victorian house on Mina road and benefits from a wealth of local shops and restaurants as well as a park opposite. We have only bought recently and have redecorated. The property will be furnished - but if you wish to bring your own furniture that's fine. We would be very happy if you would want to make changes to your room including putting up pictures/ posters etc.
