A beautiful and spacious home located within an easy 15 -20 minute drive of the University of Bristol, BBC and BRI/Children's Hospital with The Downs a few minutes drive away. Previous tenants have been on short term work contracts or placements at the University/hospital, or relocating and needing temporary accommodation prior to finding their own flat. Happy to discuss and consider short term arrangements.

The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, side table, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is a separate shower room, WC and basin for your sole use.

All bills are included and use of the dining room and well-equipped kitchen. There is a lovely garden to sit in and enjoy (when the weather allows!) All you'll need is your personal things. Tenants are welcomed into a warm and friendly home by the owner (who lives there too but works long hours!)
