House share available in North Bristol.

Bedroom available

Hi Bristol people. My long term house mate is moving on to pastures new. So, with effect from 1st July I have his large double room available in a lovely 3 bedroom house on Southmead Road, North Bristol.

The house has loads of space and a lovely long garden as well as a private secure parking space to the rear. You will be living with me and my amazing best friend, Boo, a 14 year old Border Collie. Boo is probably smarter than I am and has so much love to give. My daughter, Lola (aged 6) comes over fortnightly for a night on the weekend.

On that basis, I am looking for someone who will be respectful that this is my home and not a party house at all. I’m hoping to find someone who will love it like I do and is willing to muck in with the housework and gardening. The garden is amazing in the summer for BBQ’s etc and it’s surprisingly quiet and a haven for birds, (until Boo gets outside! 🐶😂).

Rent is £550 plus bills, which are between £100- £150, including council tax, water, energy, contents insurance and Virgin Media high speed internet and TV package.

Probably be a months rent for a deposit.
