Located next to St George Park, easy transport links, 15 min bus into centre, on street parking. Aldi, Co op, Tesco all within a 5-10 min walk. Lots of cafes n couple pubs nearby.
The house came unfurnished, so the boys will be taking some bits with them when they move out. Main thing needing to be replaced is the washing machine, so I'd want to split the cost of this with new tenants. Room #1 can leave the wardrobe, drawers, shelving unit for free and is open to selling the bed . Room #2 is selling the drawers but taking everything else.
