I currently live here on my own, working from home half the week and in the office the remainder of the time. I use the third bedroom as a study when I'm working from home, you would be welcome to use it when I'm in the office. If we are both working from home the same day, I would be happy to arrange and agree a space for you to work if needed so that you're not always in your bedroom.
The location is great for anybody commuting into the city, being on multiple bus routes which have frequent services.
