Room in House mainly to yourself, owner moving out

A furnished house on the edge of the Blaise Castle forest in a quiet cul-de-sac in Coombe Dingle. The sunny double room has far-reaching views over Bristol and Leigh Woods, with loads of cupboard space.
The peaceful terraced garden is overlooked by the forest, with occasional visits by foxes and deer, and has both sunny and shaded patio areas from doors leading from lounge and kitchen.
You will mainly have the house to yourself as I'm moving out. But I'll still need access to the second bedroom and may stay the odd night when working/visiting in Bristol. Most of my work is WFH in Bath.

The room also includes a wall-mounted flatscreen tv for streaming content, and a large tv in the lounge for live.
You have direct access to the forest out the back garden gate, or head around the corner, 2mins, for beautiful walks in the river valley, visits to the castle folly and cafe for coffee and brunch.

The house will suit a tidy, reliable professional who is respectful of neighbours. Included in the rent is council tax and water, and I'll be sharing energy bills which gives you some control over monthly costs.
Plenty of parking available, while bus routes 11 and 3 provide quick regular links into Bristol and out to Southmead Hospital and beyond. Coombe Dingle is also within the Voi electric scooter zone for the more adventurous.
The house is within walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants. Tennis facilities at Canford Park.
