Flat near St Andrews park

Hello!

I’m currently looking for a new housemate to join myself in a flat that has become a home, the flat is situated in BS6 a minute walk away from St Andrews park and a 2-3 minute walk away from Gloucester Road.

Fee’s would be £595 a month all bills included, it would be a months deposit (protected). It is with Abode property management, I will pick up the agency fee as I appreciate there can be a lot of expenses when moving into a new home.

Ideally looking for another professional which I believe is the agreement with the landlord.

The room is a small medium size room that comes unfurnished, the remainder of the house is furnished including all kitchen amenities. Including a guilty ownership of a deep fat fryer ( + an air fryer for more health conscious individuals). Ideally would be for a long term let, but I believe the agency may do a minimum of 6 months.

The flat also includes a small garden, which goes down a treat for warm evenings.

For myself I am a 28 year old professional, I tend to spend most weekdays working from the office with the occasional WFH day. On the evenings I do like to relax and unwind after a long day with a glass of wine and usually a terrible movie.

I love home cooking and I am a feeder, I find coming from home and a warm cooked meal is good for the soul.

I currently share my flat with my cat who loves to nap and the odd scratch under the chin.
