The location is by Brandon Hill and the room is a large double. We have two bathrooms so you'd be sharing a bathroom with one other. We have a small outdoor porch area and space to store a bike.
The room is furnished with a bed and mattress, clothes rail, draws and a bedside table.
My housemates are a great bunch, and have been in the house for 4-6 years. They're into cooking, climbing, board games, live music and all work a 9-5. So we're looking for someone similar. And someone that will be clean and respectful of the house.
