Would suit late 20’s & over professional. And someone who doesn't wfh Full-time. I'm renting the housing, & rent is split 50/50.. £635 plus around £70 bills each.

The house has a lounge & dining room, conservatory & south facing garden, & extra utility room (not pictured), Sharing house with 1 other person (me). Garden is now very green

The room has a desk, & hanging rail. I can pick up a wardrobe if needed on Fb marketplace. Under-bed storage. Room is quiet, at back of house & looks onto garden.
The street is a very quiet road, no cut through, free parking. House is bike friendly.

5 mins walk to Church Road St George’s Park
4 min walk to the Plough Inn & Red Lion
6 mins walk to the Greenbank pub, Matter Wholefoods & cemetery

Me; have lots of different interests, travel (just spent a few months in Mex), anything in nature, yoga, hiking, cold water/breathwork, killing house plants, cycling, cooking, arty stuff, tennis, surfing, being a bit of a hippy sometimes & sitting round fires but mixing it up with pubs & the occasional rave.

I offer transformational bodywork, I may run 3-4 sessions a week at home, I work for myself doing some consulting for universities & I do some other things too.
